I change at 200km although I should have change at 50km

I read from motomanusa that should change oil as soon as possible due to metallic debri that comes off during initial running.

As for my scoot, the drain plug have a tiny magnet stuck to it. When I change oil at 200km the drain plug have a small lump of sludge stuck to it. As I clean it with a tissue I notice that it spread out like a paste and dark Greyish colour that sparkle under the sun. So I figure this are tiny metal debri from the engine though there is no metal chip. I ask a friend and he said it's totally normal and are common at every oil change. So you guy decide, cheers :)
