Any bro can help tell me how to go LAB ? I see the map want to faint sia -.- And they sell helmet around how much arh? I getting one for my practical, my friend all say, the school's helmet damn freaking smelly.

Helmets are as cheap as $30, Eh bro. Its just next to sungai road or Thief market. You will see a huge coffeeshop next to it, so just go to the coffeeshop and you will see ah boy.

 

So its next to Sim lim tower(Not sim lim square, Its just across the road), which is next to Thief market which is next to ah Boy.

Getting there. ----->Take train drop down at Bugis.

 

And lastly learn to go to Street directory.com or use GPS on your Iphone and lastly using the Forum search button will help you alot.

From Mustafa Centre, walk to the Swee Choon Chinese Dim Sum Place.

 

From Swee Chun Chinese Dim Sum place, opposite, you will see a Macdonald. Cross the road to the Macdonald, walk towards a 2 storey hawker centre, you will see a Regina Bike Helmet shop.

 

From Regina, you walk to the behinds of the building till you find a road behind Regina and you see a multi storey carpark and a kopitiam hawker centre under the Multistorey carpark. You will see LAB from the crowd of people and boxes of bikes stuff.

Take note of the following when buying a helmet for practical lessons:

 

1) Helmet must be a open face helmet.

2) Visors must be clear

3) There is a a psb sticker

4) there is two d rings to secure your helmet

5) its not too big or too small.

 

Buy a pair of riding gloves if you can. If not, just go next door to hardware shop and buy a bundle of those cloth disposable gloves.

go to jalan besar area, ask ANY biker you see, and he will direct you to the famous Lim Ah Boy. haha.
