Renovation at MSCP damage my paintwork, who to complain?

Haiz, as titled...

 

2 days ago just washed my bike and park it nicely at my house MSCP, didnt ride out for 2 days and when i went to my bike today, there are TONS of dust/powder on my bike. Den i notice the nearby floor marking has been re-buffed and repainted... So i suspect all the dust/cement powder came from that...

 

But after pushing to the washing bay to wash off the dust/powder, i notice there are alot of swirl mark scatches, minor scratches and a few deep scatches on my tank, when i wash my bike 2 days ago, its definitely not there...

 

So i suspect is those bangla worker that scratched my tank by maybe trying to clean off the dust using their super dirty cloth and make those scatches in the process??

 

So who can i complain to? anyone tink i am able to ask for any compensation? Buts its really bloody unlucky... Heart pain to the max :cry:

Probably check with hdb council for your area to identify contractors who workin that area.

Check if got camera. Usually the bangle supervisor will settle if u got proof

Sorry for you bro. I foresee a wild goose chase with a lot of finger pointing. Wild goose chase still nvm if you manage to get compensation but with my experience with town councils, I wouldn't bet on it. Let us know how it turns out.

eh, my fren's car kena paint in the mscp b4 and he went straight to the contractor who fixed it for him. do u know who is the contractor in ur case?
