Geylang? Trololol just kidding. I also want to know but spray painting usually any bike shop can do, powder coating they'll bring to another place, you can bring yourself if you know how to dismantle your bike and assemble again.

yap, my current ride was sprayed by them. They are good and were in business for more than 20 years ... and most of my previous bikes have been sprayed there too
