I once owned bettas...quite a handful lah...but then I give up...not becoz of bored. but becoz of all of them died in one day. Due to my bro go & put chemical inside coz he see the water like dirty...nabe...

rear betta is a interesting process as you also act as a semi-parenting of the bibs..and seeing them growing in different colours is a happy progess

my whole room used to be filled with bettas. at least 80 of them and 2 breeding tanks. was more into halfmoon plakats back then.. especially iridiance colours like copper gold and platinums. and plakats are easier to take care of.. had quite a number of halfmoons also. but the least being crowntails.. but i did manage to once breed a kingcrown and sold it for more than $100 =)

 

but gave up this hobby awhile ago due to other commitments.

those sea monkeys are actually called brine shrimps.. u use salt + water + oxygen(air bubbles to somehow make the eggs hatch faster)

 

its used to feed really small baby fishes

 

i used to breed guppies and had a few thousand of them !

 

my house was in a big mess haha..
