Have any1 experience rain water inside the box..? Recently mine will have pool of water after rain... Wats the cause?

Do you have backrest or top rack installed? If not wrong, holes will have to be drilled on the box for the installation of both items. If sealing is not done properly, water can seep in.

you are getting us all confused without stating your problems clearly.

what boxes? junior or explorer or gobi? top or side boxes?

I thought xplorer side boxes open frOm the top? Its impossible for water to enter? Correct me if i'm wrOng

ya I know it opens from the top, but when there is heavy rain, water seeps in, have no clue how?

now at least you are giving clear directions.

 

known issue for explorer side boxes. the water will seep in from the lower part where the alu piece and black plastic joins.

 

solutions: bring back to m-technik (google if unsure where is it) and tell chan the issue. he should be able to resolve for you.

 

if else, just buy a tube of silicon and apply at the joint all around the box.
