Just got mine 2 weeks ago and the signal lights are broken already. The rubber attachement cracked.

 

Thinking of replacing it with LED. And also considering HID for the headlights.

switch to k&N filter, attach an ez oiler...

My mechanic friend have tested both RS125 n RS4 while his friend RS125 speedo show 140 the RS4 speedo only show 129kmh ironic sia no wonder my R15 speedo show only 100 while my colleague KRR150 already hit over 110kmh,Think 4 stroke above 100 speedo a bit late

my signal light just broke too... strange.. didnt touch it for few days then break suddenly... either ppl acccidentally hit n break it or the quality really f up...

The signal lights for most European bike are the same (aprilia, ducati, triumph)

 

the rubber part betweent the Light and bike will break after some time, just dont know when.

and its expensive to replace, around $70.

Europeans bikes signal lights has advantage too, Mine is flexible and can be bent easily.

I've been using LED signal lights ever since mine broke, bought it quite some time ago at Motorworld for $50 a pair.. Recently found out that I can get the exact same pair at JB AGL for RM40 actual price, but after some bargaining manage to get it at RM35 only.. Haha..! I'm never going to buy accessories in SG again unless no choice..

 

As for legality issues, so far I did pass 2 inspections and acouple of road-blocks.. If I'm not mistaken, you must get the lights forward/rear facing, just like the stock ones.. Don't get the flush mounted signals that when you mount it, it's actually facing to the left/right side of the bike.. Just my 1 cent..

Did my 1st servicing at 550km last week. 2 days ago i realized there's a leak in the engine. So the engine oil is leaking.

 

Just sent to MAH for checking, and also i can hear quirky sound when I ride the bike in a very slow speed.

 

Quite dissapointed for a brand new bike

the quirky sound most prob due to riding with low rpm... once over 7-8k, sound will not be present... which mah branch u bought from?

i rode at top speed of 122kph, and was getting a slight jerking feeling ... anyone got the same prob?

Hi @morganoh, JB AGL is actually Johor Bahru, Ah Gua Lane.. Haha..! As for helping you buy, I don't mind actually.. But I don't know which kind of LED signals would you like to buy.. And are you planning to DIY the fix or ask your regular mech to fix for you..? Cause when using LED, you must also install additional relay/relays.. Maybe you can attach a picture of the type of signal you want, and I'll see if I can find it over in JB..

The one at serangoon road. It's not the low rpm...it's the rear brake (i suspected the brake is too tight). But Mah's mechanic told me it's normal.(doubt him though) Now i can hear the rear mono shock creates some noise when it swing

not much pics leh... nt the type who likes to take pic due to low tech phone... sound wise definitely louder... but just abit... performance wise i wont know coz never rode the stock bike before... waiting for big bore kit too.. now only ruors, no concrete evidence of big bore kit, but knowing the love for aprilias, it'll come sooner or later...

still having problems with my top speed... gonna go out to mandai to check again soon... anyone else have problems with their top speed like i did? experiencing the jerky feeling and unable to maintain full open throttle

My RS4 also got the same problem as yours... Only manage to hit 120-122km/h top speed and then it's jerking... Feel scary to maintain full open throttle... Sigh... I don't mind if the bike can only hit 120km/h top speed... But the jerking feeling kinda piss me off... Furthermore, it is a new bike! Sigh...

 

Has your problem solved? Btw, I'm from Malaysia & I got my bike early last month... I've already clocked 1600+km on my mileage & done my 1k service...
