apologies that ed couldn't stay up, he was completely knocked out cos he had been up all nite and didn't sleep enuf and i dragged him for visitations

slowly k, will take a while to gain strength. my right arm still weak til now cos i didn't really train and am kinda worried how to cope with heavier stuff

yep can perfectly understand, dun rush to ride if you can't manage. take ur time to heal first then think abt riding, the bike will always be there :smile: getting out of bed and taking a shower was sheer agony for me then :sweat:

that's the one man... imagine every morning getting out of bed u still need to bear so much pain :giddy:

 

just hope that i will get well fast fast than ride wif u all again... :cheer:
