what the hell sia, TS i suggest you better ask that guy to review the video himself, post to youtube cannot usually see the pixel drop alot. the recorder usually can see more clearer if he himself plays the video at home. (not online) suppose to be able to see the number.. since almost 1 minute + behind the driver

The last number looks like a 1, so I'm guessing 5351.

Anyway with the car color and type and a blur plate, it's quite easy for police to track, it's only if they want to or not, this might not be a priority case to them.

IIRC, there's a red light cam there, but not sure it capture since the driver didn't dash thru.

I got one of the excel file from mycarforum that calculates the last alphabet of a number plate.

 

I only manged to key in from SJX0001 to SJX1500 (tiring though)

 

I then enter all the numbers ending with J at lta transfer fee website.

from 0001 to 1500. only the above turns out to be a forester and two of the number have been deregistered.
