Ride to Myanmar 2012

13 DAYS RIDING TRIP

24 Feb 2012 – 07 Mar 2012

 

24 Feb 2012

Friday Midnite- RV at Petronas Gelang Patah

0100hrs- Start your engine and ride to Surathani (1150km)

1600hrs- Arrive Surathani and stay 1 night

25 Feb 2012

Saturday 0800hrs- Start your engine and ride to Ratchaburi. (561km)

1700hrs- Arrive at Ratchaburi and stay 1 night

26 Feb 2012

Sunday 0800hrs- Start your engine and ride to Tak (478km)

1700hrs- Arrive at Tak and stay 1 night

27 Feb 2012

Monday 0800hrs- Start your engine and ride to Golden Triangle (478km)

1700hrs- Arrive at Golden Triangle and stay 1 night

28 Feb 2012

Tuesday 0900hrs- Start your engine and ride to Mae Sai Checkpoint. (30km)

- Arrive at Checkpoint settle all the document/permit with fixer.

1200hrs- Start your engine and ride to Tachileik Town (5km) Stay 2 nite.

29 Feb 2012

Wednesday Ride around Tachileik Town. Free and Easy.

01 Mar 2012

Thursday 0800hrs- Start your engine and ride to Mae Hong Son. (400km)

1700hrs- Arrive at Mae Hong Son and stay 1 night

02 Mar 2012

Friday 0800hrs- Start your engine and ride to Chiang Mai. (260km)

1300hrs- Arrive at Chiang Mai and stay 1 night

03 Mar 2012

Saturday 0900hrs- Start your engine and ride to Chai Nat (520km)

1700hrs- Arrive at Chai Nat and stay 1 night

04 Mar 2012

Sunday 0900hrs- Start your engine and ride to Prachuap Khiri Khan (461km)

1700hrs- Arrive at Prachuap Khiri Khan and stay 1 nights

05 Mar 2012

Monday 0900hrs- Start your engine and ride to Krabi (530km)

1700hrs- Arrive at Krabi and stay 1 nights

06 Mar 2012

Tuesday 0900hrs- Start your engine and ride to HatYai (671km)

1700hrs- Arrive at Hatyai and stay 1 nights

07 Mar 2012

Wednesday 0900hrs- Start your engine and ride to Singapore (850km)

Marketing indeed.

There already are people organizing rides deep within Myanmar.

However those rides are tightly regulated, and only government approved fun is allowed.

 

I thought this would be one of those.
