You can get decent kites at any 7-11

Wherever there's a dwcent amout of space and wind, u can kite. Most shell station sells the kite.. Haf fun kiting!

I saw a lot kite activity next to jurong point and also jurong stadium next to Pioneer MRT.

maybe you can get it at marina barrage? it a good place to fly kite too.

Over at jrg point, i saw once a bangladesh guy trying to bring his kite up but failed. And his kite is the $200++ kind of kite.. Hahaha..
