Bro, u dunno how much I wanted dual sport tyres for the tracker. BUT INSPECTION WILL FAIL! Checked oledi while inspecting my other bike last time. I also asked the inspector. Got picture if DS tyres not being allowed on road bikes some more. Damn you g****n!

Really???!!! That's so stupid!! I know full offroad knobbies will fail even on a scrambler... but dual sports or road knobbies should be ok leh. These are still classified as 'road tyres'.

That idiot talking cock.... unless it's from LTA. Some of these inspectors are useless one. Once I complained to Lta with a 3 page letter on the technical competency of the JIC inspectors cos they failed my car muffler even when it's original with only the tail nozzle changed to a bigger outlet for cosmetic purposes. End up LTA waived the summon.

I think nowadays if they just anyhow say that this or that is non original and compromises safety, we need to ask them for proof or any official statement. And ask them to explain how does this affect exactly. If they can't explain then it's all just words..

i've got heidenaus on my cb400. haven gone for inspection yet though. and these dual sport tyres are used on the adventure bikes like the bmw gs too. next inspection would be interesting definitely.

Of course I trust my skills. I ride alone cos I don't trust the competency of the driver next to me.

My dr uses the heidenaus. Heeeee

Cool looking bike altho the seat looks incomplete. Hehehehe

 

Niwei if u can find a cm125 seat, with some adjustments, u can get a flat seat on ur s4 like my old bike below.

Yeah the seat is taking some time.. its difficult for me to find time to work on it. haha

for my cb ah? hahaha!

 

i bought them online. meant for cars, so bought them in a pair, and fixed them on myself.

therefore, i have another grille that i'm letting go if you're interested. fits on stock headlights.

Of course I trust my skills. I ride alone cos I don't trust the competency of the driver next to me.
