but 1 tin to note for the guys let the uncle remove the rear seat for u

if not once the teflon inside the screws lose the grip of the screws to the

seat alot of tins to remove liao..............

 

 

From the CMO. Seat removed then the mesh stapled over it.

My top speed from 176+ kph drop to 170kph , from stock bike to 3 boxes and tall windshield. any comments

 

might be the weight and windshield, mine drop frm 17x to 16x

 

mine,

 

130km = 1bar drop

360km = reserve

 

Never try... till empty tank... Furthermore always on expressway

I think it's possible if extreme measures are taken. Like riding within certain low rpm range with the rider in prone posture throughout. :cheeky:

 

 

 

Isn't this bike capable of 180-190km/h? Anyone tried? I would like to know whats the top speed of this bike.

 

i think max 180 if fully stock, my top was 17x with stock windshield w/t topbox

I'd only fixed the mesh on the rider seat. :D Teflon on screw is under the pillion seat. That's what the shop tell me.

So lucky I didn't remove the pillion seat myself. Rider seat still okay to remove on my own.

Yes, the more detailed the better but just a rough guide here.

 

Mine not loaded already so bad :p

 

Now is to find out malim43's and Automants's bike came from which planet :D

wah. nice compilation.

but personally i feel its not a fair way to judge accurately.. just for gauge.

for example, i always pump on side stand and stop when the pump lever goes up. which means i might have lesser petrol to begin with compared to another ride who put on mainstand and pump slowly.

 

its more accurate to look at mileage travelled / petrol pump..

Yup, agreed.

On my main stand and pumped to the limit, yet i get what i got :(

 

What i didn't mention.

 

Changed oil to mineral 15W40 Mineral since 38km

 

Mileage 1000km.

 

80% short ride per trip 8Km.

 

Additional items : Crash bar and rear box only.

 

At what mileage then can change to synthetics?

same planet as you... haha.. but most of the time i spent riding on the highway... seldom city ride... i guess that the reason i have better FC....

Guys! Happy to be finally part of the NC7 clan. Collected my NC7 at Loois today and am very impressed by how smooth the engine felt. It's so quiet I can hardly hear it. Very pleased. However I notice a some vibration while breaking. Could it be the ABS? This is my first bike with ABS.

Forget to include.. I’m always maintained rpm below 3k when riding on expressway… so my speed will be around 95 - 100km/h

my 6th gear 3k is about 90 or less and would be vibrating and asking me to go faster...
