Hi guys, I have just recently bought a nc700 and i was wondering if anyone here install a gear indicator on the bike? I have one on my old bike and I am thinking of transferring it to the NC. However I called up the motor tiam that had it installed on my old bike and was told that my model (acumem i think) cannot be fitted because of the connector. I was then recommended another model (healtech) which can work with NC. Can anyone enlighten me on this? Thanks !!

You have to check ur old model is it compatible with NC, some indicator only can be use for manufacturer stated model and not for others.

eg. Yamaha cant be install on a suzuki cause the wiring is different.

You might want to check up webike japan, they have ready plug and play indicator for NC.

Stock is YTZ12S, so YTZ14S is better at same size. The other is slightly smaller. Anyway, 2-3 years batt life give and take.

Usu your wiring; some device draining the batt.

I agree... My friend is only 2-3cm taller... Riding the bike just fine... Think it's just getting use to the riding height.

I'm around 163 I rode the cb400x of my friend. 790mm. Tip toe but not so bad. I believe he/she is just afraid will 'kiu goon' if stay that position tip toe too long. That's my concern also 830mm is it? Quite scary. Anyway how much does the lowering kit cost? And does it has anyway side effects on the bike?

16k OTR is an awesome deal. Cheaper than S4 at 17k.

Have been riding my nc700x for 4 month +.

been touring to kl and im surprise that the mileage can tahan from kempas johor until kl toll booth.

I even experiment how far can the bike go with full tank in singapore.

Result:440 click .

Not sure with or without reserve tank coz the fuel meter will start to blink after my fuel bar reach less than 2 bar.

Overall,thumbs up for nc700x

Is there a fuel cock on the NC700x?? Couldnt see any.. Got reserve meh??.

its 4 fuel bar, the last bar is a reserve and should blink red when you got there.

no fuel cock as reserve is automatically triggered.
