NC 700/750 is available in either manual gearing or DCT auto.

 

the Dct is innovated idea to the traditional CVT. Works the same but lighter in weight by almost 50%

 

Maintain is the same as auto transmission oil minus the belt

Handled like a gem. Can move around like kup chai.

 

The nc are primarily designed for riders who commute mainly by bike. it can handle town n slow speed travelling very well. Geared for very good fuel consumption n gave up on performance. that is why it is way underpowered if you compared with 400 to 800 cc of other bikes.

Performance wise, dun set ur expectation to high as it cant even match its NT700 counterpart less mention outrun it.

Haha. Lol. Thanks for the feedback riders.. Anyway I was contemplating between this and versys last time. In the end I got the versys myself. One year later - now, someone I know is planning on getting the 750x but I'm worried of the performance of the DCT when subject to a lot of stop-start traffic. Most car DCTs have some issues with stop - starts.

 

Thanks for all the helpful inputs guys. Have got good and honest info from you lot when I was contemplating between the versys then and this issue now.
