As I frequent riding to fro jb, I'm thinking of getting the mouth /nose cover.

But before I buy, just wanna ask, does this thing actually filter the air? Cos I tend to cough and have running nose after long dist riding esp during heavy traffic. And anyone knows where or which brand better to use? I prefer those reuseable/rewashable kind. Thanks in advance.

i think i'm in love with a Bol'dor.

If you want reusable, but the mask for painting. The one that comes with the removable filter. If not just use the 3M N95 mask. I sometimes wore one N95 mask back when i started to ride during the hazy season. Then changed to FF helmet, cannot fit so i just bochup now.

A more convenient suggestion is to get a buff (if i'm not wrong Motoworld has those 3 for $10, quality not bad), and wear it like this:

In this way, apart from filtering road dust, u can also reduce helmet stench. Just wash ur buff regularly.

However, it will not totally filter all the road dust. After a distance when i removed the buff and wiped my face, the tissue paper was still very dirty, and i can still dig out chunks of dark boogers from my nostrils... :cheeky: It helps, just not perfectly.
