HELP! Got into accident with S4 rider

im sure i never see the s4 riders under my frenz told me becareful infront, but everything is too late... as my frenz saw it, cos the rider is very far away when im turning in. but sad to say, he is riding too far to head on to me while me moving off slowly after checking.

no matter wat, u shld wait for the s4 to go first. moreover, u driving lorry leh, pick up can be how fast to clear the road to the other side? no offence meant.

 

den u still say u move slowly. i feel sorry for the s4 rider. hope he doesnt claim u too much, still reasonable.

Sorry to say, u almost caused a 'fatal' accident to the rider but yet u 'feel' u are 'right' in certain way which from the drawing u had do not show that.

 

Personally think, at any point u shld bear the responsibilty of this accident.

 

What u loss is just cash but how's the rider of that S4 we do not know.
