Hi I have had experience doing at JB. However the most they can do is use a flat sheet of aluminium to fabricate. I too would be interested to look for something alittle more quality. Like what OP said CNC custom made.

Good to know....but not that good afterall....these factories normally would not entertain small one-off job for bike. For industrial fab, they are more willing to do because contract price is bigger.
