Where to buy Signal light Flasher

Anyone knows where to get signal light flasher unit? Mine is giving constant light when i signal...

in any case, do you know if these flasher are universal? as in can be used across all bikes rite?

wheres the turn signal flasher on a TA150???

hey guys wanna check.... my bike signal light flashes at low speed.. but once hit around 60 then become a constant light... any idea why ??? quite puzzled....
