And for all that trouble, public transport is nowhere near cheap either!

 

I applaud this statement in bold especially. I worked in the public transport industry vehicle workshop for 2 years. Given the kind of stats, the bus companies are already struggling to meet the current demand. And frankly speaking, many people at the top have no idea how the guys on the ground struggle to stagger towards the benchmark of performance. Yet there are still propagandas from the government encouraging the mass public to take public transport. What a joke. And in the first place, are those people who're telling the mass public to forsake their own personal transports committed to taking public transport permanently? If they aren't, that speaks much of their standards.

 

Go green with public transport? I'd rather go green with hybrid systems or CNG.

 

I don't need someone on the top telling me to take public transport when I want a car/bike.
