hey guys.. i just had an accident couple days ago and here the situation goes. "there was 3 lane in a minor road, I WAS all long @ lane 1 and out of sudden an X9 came to my lane from the 2nd. My speed was constant at abt 70 yet was unable to break in time tat ended up bang into his x9 but he claim tat i wasn't on the 1st lane and did checked his blindspot where nv saw any vehicle in lane 1 and behind him was a van.. in tat case isn't i'm a ghost?? LOL.." wanted to ask for feedback frm u guys actually who can claim who... thanks.

 

most likely he claim u coz u banged him no matter wad speed u are at ..

coz u are behind him .. and u shud observe the traffic environment easier than the x9 and brake earlier

 

BUT ..

u still can still have a chance to win though ..

he claims to do his checks and stuff .. but why cant he spot u ..

sp is not a very very tiny bike..

and too late to brake is obvious he cut ur lane rite infront of u and slow down(kinda like e-brake) although u are at 70

Your situation i think you need to explain more on details like example: he got signal and etc.

 

Reading from your statement, if he did cut out suddenly den he is definitely gona kiss u on your side and of course you are to claim him but if he is able to cut out to your lane infront of you and you stil kiss into him from the rear, it will be him who is gona claim you probaly unless you have a valid withness who will withness for you that he suddenly cut into ur lane and cause u to kiss his butt

he manange to cut into my lane and position infront of me but my speed was bit fast tat cause unable to break in time and cause me to kiss to his left back of bike as i tried to dogde into the 2nd lane.. it was juz abt 1 sec diff b4 i kiss his back when he change to my lane. prob is when there are vehicle travelling in tat particular lane in high speed yet he stil wanna change at that period of time..
