my bike recently developed a problem... after i start it got this ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta sound.... must rev above 3k rpm for it to go away...

any idea what problem is it?

 

btw... its different from the 'tak-tak-tak then die off' problem... my engine doesnt die.... just have the sound problem below 3k rpm

 

Ask the ex-owner lor.

 

He should understand the bike better mah.

mine was liddat last time.. adjust le jiu can le

hmm how do i adjust the biting point? i just change my clutch cable.. so not used to it yet..

haha got 1 time i pillion my cat from harbourfront to bedok.....i put the cat in my jacket den it kept squirming around...i had to ride with the racing posture and bend down all the way until i reached bedok...lol......guinea pigs shld be easy huh....throw them in pillion seat den bo chap...haa!

Could be clutch housing ... Correct me if I'm wrong though ...

 

hmm i encountered another problem recently =x

now my gear pedal somtimes will have problem kicking up and down.. esp from gear 1 to 2 or from gear 2 to 1... very hard to tio neutral le.

When stationary and getting to Neutral, try to rev a bit with the clutch fully in - before kicking the shifter. Another way will be to clutch in and get to Neutral with a light movement, while the bike is still moving.
