Hi guys! Managed to spend 3 hours at Eddy today and got my bike partially overhauled.

 

1) Wash carb

2) Change Head fairing and windscreen

3) Front light bulbs

4) EO

5) Sparkplug

6) Change Piston Ring

 

Total Cost $280. Not sure isit cheap anot. First time service my SP.

 

Please advice whether i got kana carrot. . . now running in my bike! yahoo!!!

ehhhh.. i think dat one called servicing.. not overhaul.. i think..

Maybe you never run in? WHen change piston ring consider partial overhaul. Thats what i found out from friends la. . . Suppose to run in i guess. . .

hmmm.. got carrot anot ahh.. i show u the price we normally pay for doing this la..

 

1) Wash carb - 15 rm

2) Change Head fairing - $42(ah boy) and windscreen - $12 (ah boy)

3) Front light bulbs 50 cents each. (ah boy)

4) EO - 30 rm

5) Sparkplug - 6 rm

6) Change Piston Ring - 65 rm

 

u go add it up ba..

anyway.. piston ring no need run in one.. if need.. i think i 3 months run in one time liao lo

so for us n00bs, what advice would you liaojiaos give?

 

like estimated costs and good places to get our bikes serviced?

 

scams and stuff to avoid so as to not get 'tok-ed'..
