wash da carb, change into maxima engine oil n new battery.

but still feel mah bike hav'nt felt like da one ah used to ride.

 

probs incurred.. while riding n bout to slow down, ah step onto mah rear braken let go after dat. suddenly mah bike start moving slower n heavier like da rear brake been step on even though ah did'nt step on it.

den ah smell like burnin smell at da rear.. stop da bike n saw smoke at da rear brake. is mah brake pad or mah brake disc need to change?

da mech told me mah disc brake still ok.

or ur brake fluid no more..

u can try asking mc28...

he is good at this

hi all...do you guys think sp can reach 240km/h? if can, how? how fast can it reach dat limit? any tips?

a mech used a screw driver claiming to tune my bike. den he whack to hell outta my baby. pity her at dat moment. however i did 200km/h on stock less den 1.5km. smiling of coz.

i wanna make it go 240km/h. i dont wanna do illegal racing. i dont wanna cause trouble. i juz love my "lil devil" n love to ride it "comfortably"...i mean, wen ur ride is good, u feel good!! so calling all sp mods enthusiast out there.

willy junyi siggy is a r1 chrome right? is haya meh? hope to be able to ride one chrome bike next time sia. maybe a 125cc mito or rs will do but must be total chrome hehe

 

guys ride safe.. anyway can anyone clarify on using brush to wash the chain with kero. cause the manual state that brushing may damage the o-rings rubber. so how to really wash the inner part of the chain as well as the whole chain. use cloth?

 

 

so far i have been using brush but would love to find out more on how to maintain the bike

1 cause cld also be ur brake pump

last time oso like tt but not sos erious like urs got smoke

can oni speculate..ask ur mech

actually nv washed my chain b4..no offence but i dun find any power lost...i lube it everyweek and tink if u change it every 18 mths shld be fine

not necessary. But if you take out your piston ring to change might as well change the piston too. Don't double job waste the gasket and the oil. Then spend extra $ on labour. I maintain my sprocket and chain systems to ensure it lasts. And I also hope that my bike is well maintained and clean as much as possible. Thats why everytime I come back from track regardless am I still going back to track again tomorrow, I will wash the bike, clean my calipers and re-lube my chain. This way my chains and sprockets can really last. No need to even wait for 18mths to change once. My original O chain and sprockets for my present bike are already 14mths old and feels like 2mths old. My previous bike running on Afam and DID X ring 8 mths old, pple still thought just changed less than 1 month. Thats where your frequent maintenance comes in. Plus the priceless satisfaction you get when you see your clean bike. With all the parts properly maintained.

Regular Lube is good practise, but wash is best so that to clear all the dirt and debris that might have accumulate while riding o nthe road. U won't believe how dirty it is untill U clean it. But its fun though, after U clean it its like just newly install the chain & spocket.

Depend on the size & brand of tyres U choosing. Cost around $100-$130 for rear. Some of the rider here use metzler, while common one dunlop TT900..

Ok..This problem occur to me before..It's a spring inside ur rear brake pump which is the metal tube cylinder located just behind the heel guards on ur pedal..The spring fail to release after u let go of the brake thus causing the rear brake caliper to clamp against ur disc..

 

One alternative is to step hard on ur rear brake, lift up and spin the rear wheel to make sure it's free wheeling..After that ride to ur bikeshop to have the brake pump spring replace(Could be lack of lubrication too)..Just make sure u dun use ur rear brake while on the way to the shop..
