Customised Luggage Rack

Hi All...I am riding a Royal Enfield C500 and is looking for a rear luggage rack. I understand that there is a shop some where in Ang Mo Kio by the name of Sin Kuang that can customise the rack, but I cannot locate the place and contact. Does anyone know where it is?
