Hey guys, my current sprocket size is 15f and 44R. Before that is 15f and 45R. Notice that after i change my sprocket my fuel consump drop till 18+km per litre. Was 20+km per litre. I thought rear sprocket lower size will increase fuel consump? I already changed eng oil, wash k&n filter recently. Riding habit still same, tyre pressure pump regularly too. Only tin is 10k+ km already but haven't change my denso iridium sparkplug, will sparkplug affect fuel consump?

Smaller Rear Sprocket, slower pick up, but good high end. If always on highway, this is a good choice.

Bigger Rear Sprocket, better pick up but compromise on top end speed. If do urban riding with traffic lights and all, then this is a good choice.

NoobVtec2, I suggest you open throttle smaller by a bit, might help. If not, then suggest u change back to ur original setting. :goodluck:

1litre = 22km

For me.

310 - 320km

See the petrol meter running liao.

SHELL - 95

Travel between : 80km - 100km

Hardly use VTEC.

Not sure abt my trye pressure ...

Maybe pump 240 / 280.

And travel between : 80 - 90 to see if i can save more petrol. :thumb:

Riding on expressway(90kph) consumes less petrol than on normal minor roads....

went to check, but discover nothing, but the only thing they mention was it may due to my last tunning that tun to more of high combustion or high fuel intake. I also dun know. :confused: So i jus do with it lor, hmm......

Chio Bu on my ex ride !!!

Just in case it is not a simple case of topping up too early or low gear dragging, it may be good to test ride the bike yourself just to make sure the bike is ok and safe to ride.

calvin,

go wif Allan82's recommendation. mite be this case.
