Actually , i called the seller. he was trying to sell his freehold condo at this price but accidentally put it in SBF thread. the said condo is situated in bukit timah area that's why it the spelling error-- bike (bke). its actually near bukit timah expressway there. ohohoh. its not aprilla . but want to sell by april.
