After changing my spark clutch plate gears not smooth to shift

After changing my clutch plate shifting of my gears are not smooth anymore. Especially 4 to 3 and 2 I need to apply extra force. Can anybody advise me more. The workshop told me need to do top overhaul

2 things to take note.

1) Dirty hands (cuz they are too busy and kind to help anyone that need help)

2) Reasonable price.. (not the lowest or best price in town but DEFINITELY will not overcharge or ask you to change anything that's still workable)
