I actually preferred the old bike rather than the new bike, but oh well, since it was my last lesson for 2B at CDC, at least I can say that I've at least rode once on the new bike, hehe. But the vibration it has on the expressway is no joke.

Hi vibration as what speed? 80 -90 plus? You find the older bikes smoother in terms of gear shift or engine sound? You see, considering buying a new ybr overseas.

The speedometer of the new bike I took wasn't working, so based on what I remembered and the speed where I travel on expressway now, should be in the range of 80-100. The old bike gives me a sense of familiarity and reliability I guess, since it was my first time on the expressway, it's good to go to new places with an old pal rather than a stranger don't you think? Overall the sitting position and all is good, if you could get used to the vibration and thin wheels that will wobble your bike even when a taxi go past you on the expressway.

And so with all the advice I got from my bros and sis here.. I faced my nemesis the plank for the fifth time... And I still fell off the plank.. But again I went round and round (I passed my e-brake so I kept going with the plank) and the number of times I fell reduced.. After lesson over I was determined that I would pass the next lesson because I knew what was my weakness.. Not enough throttle.. So I went to the counter to take my book and instructor say LESSON 5!!

He purposely let me pass or what?? Hmm, anyway it's CR time..

Thanks for the support guys! And all the advice!

Bro/sis. Dont need say. I did efr with old cdc ybr at this year apr. Which not a compulsory at that point of time. I went for experience.. the bike vibrate after speed of 80. Truck, or car pass by.. will sway.. idk why. May be bike itself too light.

you mean u managed to cross a few times? they usually have an evaluation round - if you fall of on all other tries but cross on the evaluation round they will pass you. now that you passed, go for CRs and perfect this obstacle. Plank was my nemesis also.

You need PDL to go for practical

Unfortunately you can't, the only thing you can do now is to go for the Class 2B Orientation, it's a prerequisite for all 2B pracs. Good luck on your journey in attaining class 2B.

@JrCherish Bro here.

You don't need PDL to go for 2b orientation because you're not riding on the orientation. You need your PDL from your first prac onwards until your TP.

I tend to lean a lot on the bike, like when turning I will auto lean a lot to the direction im turning.

The instructor also noted that I keep leaning forward and trll me to relax more

You lean forward or to your side? If to the side of your turn, you should be travelling quite fast, you pass your figure 8? If you lean forward, what problem you encounter? should be no problem right?
