Stealing of motorcycle cover sheet....is this common?

Another pet peeve, people putting their wet raincoat, on other people's bike, what I did? Threw it on the floor, rode over it.

So bad. All ill do is use needles to poke holes at the armpit and crotch area there. Then the next time they ride in the rain "how come no holes but my crotch wet?!?!"

First I gently put it on the bike next to mine, I assumed it was his raincoat, it was right beside, the next rainy day, I came back and it was still on my bike again, the bike beside wasn't there, not to say I have no patience but it was annoying. Threw it on the floor, rode over it and parked somewhere higher, where lazy people won't park because you'll have to climb higher.

Or even better, pour kerosene on the raincoat and burn it like there's no tomorrow. Incinerate it from existence. Show them who's da boss!
