Evenin guys.

My bike just got stolen at Gelang Patah R&R carpark just 2 hours ago. The accomplice was on a registered stock red, white, blue CBR1000. Please be on a lookout for your own bikes as its now difficult to even judge that our own Singaporean would stoop so low to do it.

After the Bandar Nusajaya 2 corner, the SG registered CBR1000 rode past me and my friend. Both rider and pilion were wearing Arai full-face. As we exit to the R&R, we saw the CBR1000 went straight to the petrol station while we parked at the carpark.

We then walked to the shops and found a seat nearest to the carpark. I then went to get drinks while my friend was about to sit. In the meantime, I saw the bike returned to the carpark and parked beside mine.

Just after a few steps, I heard the revving of the CBR1000. I turned around and saw both my bike and the CBR1000 sped off. Tried to give chase on my friends bike but lost them even before I manage to exit from the R&R carpark.

For your info, my bike pic is in my siggy with registration number FN9247B. Any kind soul help keep a look out. Thanks.

maybe the petrol station that CBR1000 went, got video surveillence. So when you make a police report, ask the police to follow you to the petrol station to get the tape. Must get the tape within 24hr before they erase it. Might be able to get the plate no or hopefully the faces too.

i thought the international law or surveilance camera it has to be kept at least 2 weeks b4 it can be deleted or even tape over ????

will look out for you bro ...

did he sped off towards spore ????

if he did then ICA can do something that is if he did cross back to spore ...

but if he squeeze in between small lanes to the back end on GP R&R i'll help you ask the locals there ...

Best chance is to inform the police the description of the cbr1000rr. If the bike is not stolen, not difficult to narrow down that particular colour scheme cbr1000rr from the bikes that recently exit SGP customs.

Well, I have my keys as a memento. I've asked SG police regarding this matter and they say that since it was stolen in Malaysia, the MY police has to do the investigation.

I was really shocked that my bike could be stolen under my very nose in less than 3 mins. And a SG accomplice at that...

WaveK4: The CBR1000 is definitely not my bike. But I'm the proud owner of the 10-year old bike in my siggy. c",)

Hate to say this bro, but it is probably a good time to start shopping for a new bike. The suspects won't be riding your bike back into SGP for them to be caught red handed with stolen property.

If cannot claim theft (likely 3rd party only for 10yr bike), cancel insurance and get back what little money u can.

Is it your assumption that the thief could be a Singaporean? Because the thief wore an Arai helmet and came with a SG plate mtorcycle and thus that derived your assumption?

jus wondering... since u took out the key then how they start your bike and go in such a short time?

if they can start s4 without our keys.... then all our s4 are really at GREAT danger....

I really have to resign to the fact that I know I'm never gonna get back my bike. At least I stil have my TPFT (Third Party Fire & Theft) insurance to fall back on.

SMR: For the CBR1000 itself already costs a bomb. How bout a pair of Arai RX7 full face? In MY, I know that a Nolan n101e costs RM1600. What more a pair of Arai. The fact is that they are riding on NSW on a CBR1000 without jackets really puzzled me. True what you said that they could not be Singaporean. But where did the CBR1000 with 2 guys on it donning Arai and without a jacket come from?

nebulaz: I have to remain cool cos I just got back to my studies and I don't want this to affect them. I'm given the 2nd and final chance to get back to NP to finish up my dip. Can't afford to waste it anymore bro... If only I had gotten the registration number of the CBR1000...

nebulaz: Maybe... c",) I was lucky I didn't lose much except for my dad's Alpinestars SP-S glove, home keys, a GPR helmet and my Arai rain pants.

hongwei09: Can't suspect its stolen cos the way he rides looks like he owns it. He's very nimble with the bike.

Anyway, thanks for looking out for my bike guys...

none of it could be own or specify if its rented from a friend or part by part taken from fellow sporeans ...

since jb shell the one near woodlands itself been cases helmet been stolen ....

all over jb itself fellow sporean been stolen this and that ...

so literally we can't point which country actually did it ...
