i be washing and polish.. i will try to find few more phantoms rider to wash together... water free.. will get a small receiver radio ... shampoo and wax can share with me... pail i onli got 1 ... cloth may not be enough unless wanna to use my underwear...

hmm.. should be tmr lor... MAd: yr handlebar so wide .. got any difficulty in going into carpark barrier (those at the side where we normally squeeze in).. cos now 50/50 dunno wanna to change to yr type of handle or not.. got to weight the pro and cons

arh...you asking about my exp. on using the wide bar arh...

 

I tink you ask me also cannot get a good answer...I'm a super squeezer, can squeeze faster and better than alot of kup-kias...see to believe...10yrs of squeezing is no joke!...

 

So, my answer is : NO PROBLEM squeezing, even during traffic jams on the ECP!

wah piang, mai cheapo leh...$1 nia mah...yesterday nite i also pay $1 at the tampines mall carpark...that one have problem squeezing thru btw...unless u tilt ur bike and push it in!

If u guys prefer Monday also can lah. I reach home 7.30, so u guys want to do mornig-morning ard 8 or 9 also can, else I sleep a while then can meet between afternoon till 7pm also can.

 

Need to bring anything else other than sponge, towel and soap?

hmmm, tweak, I think the wide bars are attractive too and I guess u are not the only one that is keen on using them.....

 

but just a word of advise, mad is a very experienced rider, (so is JJB, who have wide bars too) so I am sure he has no problems with the handle bar... pls be aware that the handling of the bike will be different with the wide bars, u have only been riding the phantom for a couple of months, don't bite off more than u can chew yeah?

 

other things to note with the wide bars (apart from squeezing thru barriers and cars)

1) difficulty with parking in narrow lots?

2) U-turn? may have to do one handed u turn? (I recall JJB mentioned to me before)

 

I am really curious though, seeing your unquenchable thirst to mod your bike... have u really understood and know the feeling of a stock phantom?? how it handles, how it sounds and rides, and "feels"??

I'm fasting, but its no problem, cos if morning after wash bike, i sleep wake up liao can makan already. If afternoon, a bit of rest enuff for me then can wash bike till 7 then makan.
