Guess $8.8K is due to the high COE and maybe your insurance.

 

For 2nd hand, you might want to try Ban Hon at AMK Industrial II, ASPhoon or GHC along Seragoon Road.

do you know which insurer that is?

u cud look ard for cheaper alternatives.

 

insurance is always higher for young riders.

unless u take 3rd party...but not a wise choice for 1st hand bikes lah.
