Some history for the bike;

During run in period;

100km oil change

400km oil change

800km oil change

1600km oil change

3200km oil change to fully syn

 

Bike is tuned for low/ mid range power and torque which i always like.

Stock Max HP: 150.71, Max Torque: 71.55

 

With above configuration. Last tuning managed to achieve Max HP: 157.56 , Max torque: 74.92

I am not a track addict. Bike is mainly setup for better road rideability and not for track race.

Only been to track 2-3 times and never wrack to red line before. Max speed tried (for myself)is 252KM, NOT the bike top speed (only once at NSHW) and balls shrinked.

Too old to go too fast. Track session is to try out bike handling, braking, tires and BPF. Thats all.

 

Well taken care of and not abused. Always covered.

Never fail to polish and wash once a week.

BMC Air filtered cleaned and wash at every 10, 000km.

Engine oil never fail to change at every 3, 000km. Sure flush engine at every oil change.

Coolant changed at every 2 x oil change

Strictly only Shell 98 at Sg or Vpower/ Esso at Malaysia.

 

Chain never fail to clean once a month with chain cleaner and lube about every 500km or twice a week.

Note: The attached pix for chain is same chain when I bought the bike. Not brand new.

 

Bike has never failed me till now. A reliable buddy who takes care of me too.

Thanks for those who came to view the bike, maybe some reminder for those who are looking for bikes and please be steady to all sellers on SBF!!! Don't waste sellers time also.

 

1) Bike is not urgent state of sales. Bike is due for road tax and insurance renewal on June 2013. If price is right, I sell. If not satisfactorily then I keep and ride. Thats all.

 

2) Bike is still under a small amount of outstandings payment ($ 6k). I will upfront all when deal is confirmed. Deposit is to secure the deal if you really want buy. No cash to me. Only bank transfer. With transaction details to protect both parties. I will send sms to indicate payment received to rest assure you.

 

3) Please read the introductory page before coming. If I am not clear enough. Is my fault. Dont go to sellers and ask funny questions before or after view, like

Buy 2B scooters. No intention to hide anyway." If you ride a 1000cc sportsbike and do no cornerings, no try out track for experiences, no go occassional long distance ride? What do you think ppl buy them for? Buy and put at home to polish every week or display at living room?
