patience bro. Shops dat dun have ready stock or direct connection to HL typically are slower to get new models.

 

Then its up to ur shop on doing the registration and stuff. Usually they'll consolidate it then send as a batch.

 

If the bike is at our shores waiting a month is not unusual. If there's no ready stock be prepared to wait longer.

 

Though if it drags to 3mths I'd call CASE n get a lawyer..

hmm i got my bike from that shop. when i'm scouting around for 2008 model(early dec), that shop is the only1 (among the few shops) that have stock for 2008 model. and could let me choose whatever colour i want. and confirm getting bike 2 weeks later.

they deliver the bike late due to our number plate retension, we r using old number plate n the process takes awhile....2wks late

No leh... We supposed to be 1st batch remember when we placed order at 1st launch during road show. Then remember EV ordered later than us and also retain no. plate but he got his bike 1 week b4 us?

Guess I am consider lucky. The bike shop i bought from called me the next afternoon and told me my bike was ready for collection. No joke. Even I was surprised. One reason could be that, they got their COE on the day that I booked. I am not sure how it works.

But, the shop also called HL and order the bike from them. So, its not that they already have the stock as mine is also 08 FZ6.

Btw guys,

i'm now running in at 680km, But the bike just started experiencing vibrations over 4k RPM today.

Its like a constant light vibration and the engine idling doesnt sound constant anymore. Its like varying and hopping.

Is this normal and should i just change my engine oil now?
