ooo not cheap... but i think its worth it.

It may since to be quite Ex but like i say after some experience with dropping & scratches i got from touring than i realize how lucky is my bike... hehehe

Just like my bf also....just got his FJR afew days ago & got a tiny chip off on his side pannies...so heartache....so go install his pannies with raceshield than 2weeks later lost balance on his bike on Msia trunk rd & crash on a cub with a little scratch mark on the Shield, paintwork ok....

If u really like to care for ur bike spending is worth it. :thumb:

Noted: I'm Not trying to push sale & i dont get anything in return from him.

It's just my true Experience!!!

Dear all,

AR2 Performance made the headlamp kit MO available to benefit distributors, dealers & consumers, hence neither we nor Juzzwheelzz are responsible in the process to achieve the qty.

There used to be a big mis-understanding on some other MOs (I am one of the end consumer ordering stuffs from the that MO also), which did not turn out nicely.

As for the representative who is gathering the qty/bikers to achieve MO benefits, kindly check with SBF moderators regarding about MOs procedures. What I managed to find is -> http://singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74158

SBF moderators will remove threads deemed not "appropriate"

The last thing we all want is mis-communication / mis-understanding which lead to bad experience, resulting in future MO benefits not possible.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To reduce the above mentioned uncertainties & conflict between us/dealers, end consumers & SBF, we have created a MO thread for this headlamp MO based on cirteria no.4 stated in SBF MO rules & regulations -> http://singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php?p=4558897&posted=1#post4558897

We hope we all benefit, & representative kindly get back to us once the amount you have is consolidated.

Thank you.

Hey Fazerians,

To get things going, I won't mind helping you guys consolidating the orders and approach Juz Wheelz for MO since I've decided to get raceshield fixed. Before I move on to get your details, I will like to have a list of those who are interested to get raceshield installed (Headlight or Full Package) and hope we get a good price for that. Indicate your bike model as well (GEN1 FZ1, GEN2 FZ1-S, GEN2 FZ1-N, FZ6, FZ6 S2)

1. Xgrind (GEN2 FZ1-S) (Front Cowl & Headlight)

2. fir_chan / 8111 7775 / (Gen2 FZ1-N) (Headlight only)

3. skai / 92322383 / (FZ6S 2008) (Headlight)

Hmmm, I guess....

Cleaner air filter = more air flow

And since our ECU can adjust fuel flow (to a certain extent) based on the preset air/fuel ratio, more fuel is pumped into the system to accommodate the additional air flow...hence FC will be affected somehow..

Just my guess only... but your drop in FC is kinda drastic though...

its actually fuel leakage through overflowing when the tank is tilted back to remove the air filter. Next time i won't tilt a full tank backwards anymore. :cheeky:

P-plate should be an attitude to safety and riding. There's always more to learn.

Check your meter and also your 2 pieces of black plastics on the side... those are known to cause vibrations... A "never close properly" IU cover also vibes a lot too...

Yup , had tis problem on my gen2 ever since i dismantled the black side panels to replace my headlight bulbs . Anyway , the problem onli surfaces when rpm is arnd 4-5k rpm . So i either ride below or abv tat range .

Thanks for the reply.

I felt the panels while riding, and they are buzzing like no tomorrow also.

Hell. Think i got to dismantle and try to align them properly as I noticed a 5mm gap/ bulge on the panels.

Add to the prob is i always ride ard 4K RPM. Too low, the engine like asthmatic, too high will shoot pass the 90km/hr limit way too fast/easy.

Morning yall!!!

How is everyone? There was a LKS last nite and there were chicken wings.... dang wished i was there!!!

So everyone reading... come on... keep the MO going everyone who is keen should sign up and show your interest asap.

Better then getting the headlight protectors that probably save you $5 but possible many heartaches if someone decides to "loan" from you but they never return!!

Missed it as well. Working late again.

The body kit looks good though. Just trying to justify spending $300+ on it right now. :argue:

I still got a crashbar to pay for pretty soon. Not to mention the rack and topbox. And then there's my annual vacation end Sept.... and then there's the pair of Crossfired ATI graphics cards I want... and latest on my wants list... an Ibanez RG 2000 series with Edge Zero tremmy

Decisions... decisions....

Aiya. Headlight protectors.... if you already have them, just make sure that you remove them from your bike and stuff 'em into the box when you park it for extended periods. It doesn't cost a cent, nor a pound of flesh from you to just take simple measures.

Otherwise... you truly deserve to lose $50 for laziness. :p :D

I kept wondering what caused the fc drop until i was trying to take the battery out for fun yesterday and saw leaking fuel :giddy: kan chiong faster put it back :D

Chey... so it's just a one-off thing la.

I tht after 3 tankfuls you realized that your mileage is only that little.

the next 2 tanks i was doing other things at motortiams which required the tank to be pulled back, so i ended up with varying decreased amounts of fc. Too many variables, difficult to find the cause. Turned out the one thing constant was the tank being tilted backwards.

Do u have this issue everytime you wheelie?

mmm... i haven't wheelie before. i not that brave.

P-plate should be an attitude to safety and riding. There's always more to learn.
