12mths or 10K, if I'm not mistaken. If u got time go on a weekday morning and dropoff ur bike. If it's a simple prob by lunchtime u'll get it back. This was my experience before..

welcome aboard! I also found the heat hotter than my previous ride esp when wearing shorts, but u will get use to it eventually. Burning smell is normal, i still smell it occasionally. As for ur speedo, press & hold select to toggle bet MPH & KPH. :)

safety first dude!

always ride covered up, head to toe.

5mins putting on extra gear is better than 5 days resting from injuries that can be prevented.

hi guys hope this bike can come to sg asap!!!

FZ6R http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2009-yamaha-fz6r/1024728/

this bike looks way too suzuuuki than yammie.

:faint:

not that its a bad thing but each brand should retain its outlook yet progressing fwd, not blend it with another brand's bread n butter models.

eg. new honda accord's rear end looking like a mini 7 series.

Erm.... heh heh. I think I'd strike a balance leh bro.

True that gearing up prevents injury. But I've crossed Woodlands checkpoint before in full race suit going to PG.... and got jammed.

5 mins in the sun in that race suit, and I'll probably spend 5 days on MC recovering from heatstroke. :p

which suit are u using?

i had a full vented one and I used to wear the bottom half and let the top dangle around the waist till I pass the customs. its one hell of a sauna :faint:

the wonder the bike always feels so fast @ pg.

fr all the weight loss from perspiring :dozed:

Bro, I think you are confused about the fault codes and the diagnostic codes.

I have check the service manual and there is no error code no. 51.

For the diagnostic code 51, it is as you have described, but then its for you to initiate the test sequence and not for the ECU to test the item everytime you start the bike.

Perhaps you need to confirm that its error code "51"

yeah, some webby's service manual doesnt have error 51. the closest i get is error 50, which is ECU related error. but after browsing more webby i found error 51. but the service manual is for s1, the radial speedometer version. anyway i will attached the manual here just in case any needs it.

(description of error 51 is on page 10)

Was using. Was an X-Strom.

But even in touring gear, getting caught in traffic sux.

For myself, commuting gear in SG will just be helmet, jeans, long sleeve T/shirt/jacket, army boots, and sometimes glove.
