I keep on thinking super4 run in method , stay only 80kmph. i found slow and sian but also scare spoil the engine ma if travel too fast. but after hear wat u had say i going to give it a try travel 110kmph while still running in. and also see is it really save petrol a not at top gear 4rpm and speed is 110kmph, thks for ur help brother.

brother u power leh , run in bike u go 160kmph , saluate u . wont stress engine meh btw urs is 1 litre or 600 cc bike ?

 

Wont stress the engine..You need to put stress to season it,dun stress it next time it will nt perform...if so easy spolit no one will buy brand new bike loh..

no changes seems like 09 model has mixed the engine case colour from 06,07,08.... if they come out with special colours like matt black or pearl white it would a great catch!

Havent changed exhaust, chnaged air filter and iridium plugs, dunno will affect fc or not

 

i from cdc..abit used to the bike (excuses) and the road was clear as colelct in the morning ( more excuses)

I also experiencing fz6 trottle very tight . not only throttle tight , clutch lever also very tight. But dont worry i already consult kenny one of the mechanic from Heong leong le. He told me fz6 is like tat de, must get use to it.

For the throttle he said, it is tighter than super4 cos it is very power , want us to control the strength slowly when twist the throttle,dont want us to jerk or fly away when speed up, must get use he said.

 

For cable clutch, HE said the wire tied underneath many twist so is tight too, i do remember one of the brother say when he change clutch cable he saw the cable tied like a L shape . So bear with it ba. Neverthless i already adjust the cable clockwise - near to u, den u wont feel so tight le the clutch.However the biting pt is very close release a bit feel like die car le so be beware. hope it helps.

The throttle is really too tight IMO, ride 30min hand pain liao........U can't do anything on it, but for long distance touring heard can install something like cruise control to lock it
