My cousin had the problem. He also has an 06 Fazer. He got it a year b4 me and told me that I would have the same problem the day I rolled my bike out.

Damned was he ever right.

little explanations here:

hey bros, for those who asked where is the new fz6 thread, "[Group] Yamaha FZ6", apology to forget to update everyone, it had been closed and combined together into "[Group] YAMAHA Fazer" due to the existing number of fazers threads being current active...

also, like in "Fazer 600 Reviews" thread, it was closed by one of the mods due to unrelated discussions other than fz6 reviews...

hope this explains...

yo guys,

as requested, here's the rough idea of limbat's ctek battery charger...

it can be directly plug into any wall socket,

http://img28.imageshack.us/img28/1668/29092009324.jpg

and you just need to pull the charger to your socket,

http://img71.imageshack.us/img71/8208/29092009325.jpg

power on the unit,

http://img97.imageshack.us/img97/763/29092009323.jpg

and plug it to the correct hole! i mean the socket indicator la... :D

http://img28.imageshack.us/img28/530/29092009322.jpg

limbat is carrying i think 3 types of charger i think, one is 800, another is 3600 and 7000... 800 is basically for slow motorbikes charging with only 1 mode selection, it would take you 8 freaking hours to charge a battery! 3600 (the one i have) is for many types of vehicles, charging is 3-4 times faster than 800... imagine... :D no need to say about 7200 ba... :)

basically, all you need is to install the battery socket directly onto your battery... charging will not harm any of your electrical devices... limbat carries 4 types of sockets, the normal one with no indicator (comes with the charger), the clip type socket (comes with charger too, mainly used for cars), the indicator eyelet (looks like normal one but with battery indicator) and indicator panel (shown in my picture above)...

indicator indication indicates (kns the slag!) the battery level in healthy (green led), advised to charge (amber led) and warning (red led)... indicator are kinda layman explanation ba... no need further explanation right? :p

for indicator eyelet, u can route the wire and keep it underneath your seat (like limbat himself)... for indicator panel, it's advisable to install it onto your dash board like my picture... it's only a 1 time installation, once you installed, there's no need to remove unless you wanna take it out...

any further questions?

by the way, the necessary information could also be gotten from the below link...

bros, i found out it's really the check valve thingy issue... it's not installed! that's y my oil leak out from the nozzle like no one's business! :faint: made me lost 60ml of oil over 1 freaking 24 hours! :faint: :faint: :faint:

anyway, the eSystem fanatics, please make sure your check valve thingy is installed between the pump and the hose... it's the little white thingy near my little black extreme box below...

http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/8223/30092009326.jpg

btw, he go tie the hose to my rear suspension... :faint: :faint: :faint: wonder where you guys route your hose to?

http://img62.imageshack.us/img62/485/30092009327.jpg

also, he route the hose outside of that little plastic chain guard... is it suppose to be like that?

http://img62.imageshack.us/img62/649/30092009328.jpg

lastly, the install guide says the nozzle should face out... he go put the nozzel face in... are yours like that too?

yes mine is the same as yours , intialy he also cable tie it to my spring of my rear shock :dozed:, i told him to cut if off, lessen the slack of the tube beside the spring, LESSEN not totally remove the slack by pulling it upwards towards the seat SLIGHTLY. and ur hose will run nicely beside your rear shock, don have to worry about ur hose snapping as it is not in the same damping motion of your rear shock, morever the spring of the rear shock do not have any sharp edges to cause scratches to the tube :thumb:
