Hi guys, i am looking into a full exhaust system for my Fazer 6 S. Does anyone have any experience with this?

 

no full system for the sixxers. only aftermarket end cans available.

 

unless u wanna import in GYTR race exhaust

i'm confuse on wanna get Fz1 or Fz6.. for me,i ride to work, than go normal riding at night onli.. so can give me some comment? i wanna buy Fazer6 S2 1st hand,shop give 14k on road.. izzit exp? n Fazer1'07(2nd hand) $14k on road.. which one worth it to buy, or which cc is better for spore road, as some said 1000cc to big for spore road..

 

at the end of the day, its really up to u...but for me as an occasional tourer up north, i dont require a full litre bike....sure it may be slower than the litre but the 6's allows me to enjoy the journey....it feels sluggish at low range rpm, but expressway riding is just nice for me..and i feel last time if i went for a litre, not really utilising the full power of it everyday...

 

but i do like the fz1 inverted fork benefits and array of aftermarket accessories though:dozed:

Singapore Rd, 400cc enough. 600 cc good to have, but not necessary

 

Touring in MY and Thai, 600cc enough. 1000 good to have, but not neccessary.

 

Buy bike? 2nd hand bike enough. 1st hand good to have, but not neccessary.

 

See what you want, what u can afford, and what u can accept and live with

Agree with ahyatz, there's only the end cans & mid-link pipe for fazer 600 but no full system sold in sg.

 

Unless if u order online, but again it wont be LTA legal.

It is all depend wat your heart ringing at you. Depend your crave on biking. Nothing is rite or wrong or good to have or not. 1000cc is a plus in zoom zoom, but it is overkilling when riding in local road. 600 is lighter and easier to handle, more user and environment friendly bah, i assume.

 

Pricing wise is FZ1 2nd hand and FZ6 1st hand is 14k according of what you have mentioned. Practicality, FZ6 is suffice for daily commuting. Ready power on the throttle FZ1 may win but the price to pay.... hmm.. up to individual. 14k for 10yrs new bike or 14k for 7 yrs old bike.... you can do your maths. There is no rational reason for the big boyz toys if he decided to change his toy. Real world and emotions dun mix, unless we are on thetop of the food chain.

 

I am riding FZ1, but now also looking for RXK or RXZ.. cheaper to maintain and very much easier to zip ard. Looking ard for ppl giving away their old K or Z... Hee hee, then i retire my FZ1 and change it to weekend plate for kopi sessions...

Ok i pre order at motoworld, this device name as (Lowering link) is from Hyperpro brand not really so call a device is jus look like a two spanner pattern, it can only lower down to the max of 30mm. = ) Cost me abt $180. Do u need to lower down also??

alot depends on wat u like n ur pocket's affordability. a 400 is definitely good enough to zip ard local roads. a 600 is mid range. local road n occasion trips up north. 1000, to b frank, its abit too big for local road. under use of the power n the bike gets hot like nobody business. but then again, if u can endure with that, of cos no prob. choose wat u can afford is more impt..

anyway its gonna go thru a makeover for 2 weeks...yea i like red....fastest color in the spectrum and its awesome:cheeky:

 

so far, 2010 has been good...eat/sleep/watch tv whole day without thinking of work...sweet life:thumb:
