hahaha...

Just been modest here. 礼多人不怪 mah!!

Will try to join you guys real soon. Best is if there is one LKS on Fri nights. :)

Anyway, my MT is nothing worth mentioning, just learning the basic moves.

Also, MT is for self-discipline cultivation, slimming down and toneing up of body, not for street brawls. :)

So even if there are issues, we should resolve with reasonings with our mouths, not our fist and knees.

Make love, not war.

Peace. :thumb:

yeah i agree.. been wanting to go back to training for so long.. looks like still cannot.. dammit..

injury is only 1 factor, main factor is i am working and studying at the same time.. timing very tight, when i dun have lessons i normally work until 9+10. and exam results just released. :( did very badly. i dont deserve to go back for training.. sigh........

The nice growling sound i heard is the powercone which was on my friend's previous fz1. So I assume it will be the same for hexacone. So I'm wrong aqually.. haa

Actually the longer cans *may* touch or be very close to the box base, resulting in burn marks and in some cases, melt them. Depending on which rack you are using (as far as I know, there's H&B, H&B Quick Release and SW-Motech racks for hepco boxes), you may/may not be able to fit some brands such as the Akrapovic Hexagonal and Remus Powercone. Even the Gainnelli, Scorpion and Remus Hexacone can be a tight fit, depending on how you twist the mid pipe.

I've seen cases where the long pipes have to be 1" offset mounted to ensure it is away from the boxes, but this may result in the pipes looking very lao K (very parallel to the ground).

Shorties like LV and Arrow can be a safe bet. Come to the LKS and you may get to see and compare the different heights and mounting of different racks and pipes. Hope this helps!

For Arrow end can, might need to tilt the end can to cater the side pannier mounting bracket and for oval end can it seems quite weird. That's what I observed from Tim and Wayne bikes.

Well, even the stock rear signal lights can blinded anyone behind, especially when going up cameron highland in pitch dark road.

Andrew, hor?? hahaha..

Leo Vince SBK Evo is the safest bet. Akrapovics are too long.

Leo Vince lah ~ :sian:

and the sound is... :thumb:

You even mention you can hear my ride when i ride pass your blk, don think so much liao...LV lah haghaha

Seems like Leo Vince is the most suitable choice if mounting the side panniers. Thanks for the inputs!

Stock is good...Choose your weapon wisely and enjoy it...you can have all the $$$$ to mod and in the end you can't make full use of it....

A safer bet would be the Titanium version with CF tip. More resistant to bike drops and such.

Yup, Explorer 40L. Using stock exhaust, not hot at all, plenty of space. I think probably can't fit an Arka though.

Few questions for the old birds ;)

Any ones knows where can I get the yoke (to triple tree) protector for Gen2 FZ1, other than the guy making it on this forum? Looking for options.

Any one has aftermarket rider and passenger pegs on this bike? Not looking to change the whole rearset, just the pegs. Other than Oberon, can't find anything else. Gen 1 rider peg is different, am I correct?

Anyone tong or de-cat their stock muffler? How's the sound and engine running temp? Read earlier in this thread about header cat removal, which is a different thing. Want a bit more sound and cooler running engine but don't have mulaa for aftermarket exhaust.

Thanks.
