guys my fz1n is clocking 180-200km for every full tank. is that normal ?

I clocked 200km before reserve starts for my FZ1S. I'm suprised my Gixxer had better mileage.

Ok, i get it that quality and aerodynamics play a part, i'm just not sure if having tall screens are better than shorter screens to prevent wind turbulence.

i think, if u wan better looks, u can go for double bubble...

if u r a touring freako, i guess a touring screen is better...

for screens that is available in SG market, u can either look for Ermax, Puig, Zero Gravity, Givi... not sure if there's more or not...

for screens that is available oversea, some are customized, u can either look at California Scientific, Cee Baileys, National Cycle, Rifle, Skidmarx, etc...

dun get a screen that is too long else you will have problem controlling ur bike when there's high wind turbulence...

too short also not good cus you will have wind blast...

aiya in other words, it's a trial & error thing... hahaha... :D

my 2 cents... :)

hey bro are u using Akrapovic exhaust with H&B Junior flash side panniers ah?

the exhaust wun hit your side panniers?

So far so good, riding around Singapore, the usual humps and bumps, never hit the panniers. Haven't tried it out with a really heavy pillion rider though.

Fz1s range from 18k+ ~ 20k OTR depending on who you getting the bike from

with ABS or without ABS difference is less than 1k.

S version is with the fairing or rather Head Cowling

N version is without fairing i.e naked

Hey guys, i'm thinking of changing my FZ1 screen but not sure which is better, the double bubble type which is slightly higher than stock or the full tour screen. Which one is better against crosswinds? Especially going high speed and the wind blasts you from the side.

Bro you staying at Tmpines St 33 huhh??? ...... That Sig of you looks etremely fimilar mann. HAHAHAX...thats my home street actualli.:angel:

if i didn't remember wrongly, when the exhaust servo motor is removed, u will get an error code. cables can b removed but the servo motor cannot. this is to my best understanding.

ok, thanks bro.

Quality wise, I believe Arai and Shoei very close but I like Shoei brand more. :p

But they willl never let u test one for those expensive helmets, unless u decided to buy. Shoei's distributor is Chong Aik right?

If you have the chance try the brand that you like and wear it like 10 mins in the shop...do more research....try and error....

hmm.. if never hit, then it should be all good. The swingarm moves independantly from the subframe. Looks like it doesn't really need offsetting.. here's one for V35 setup..
