Well, Chan is not the one doing for me. Another tall guy.

he never put loctite. :(

 

When I went over to replace the bolt last Sat, another uncle fixed for me. He is good, he put loctite and help me tighthen the other bolt. He got ask me later, "Am I the one fixing the bars for your bike?" Haha...

 

 

 

nahz, not gonna put crash bar..

 

did chan put loctite? red colour 1.. should work..

 

i still waiting for my racks to come.. :(

3 yrs @ 260+ is at ard 10k only.. The other 2K go where?

if u can still find lar. They were going like hotcakes earlier this yr cos no more production. Even heard of sum people getting an S1 (pre 2006) model for ard 11k. Not sure abt the S2 at 13k but I do know it was selling cheaper than S4 Revo.

that's the thing.. warranty claims should there be any..

 

some stuffs can go for 'chiong', but some stuffs it is safer to stick with the tested and proven stuffs.

braking made in where i also dunno.. haha. no doubt braking is a more well known brand. but i have heard reviews of s3 from friends using it. no issues at all.

 

sometimes we are just paying for reputation/their marketing..

 

well, different strokes for different folks. if got money i want to change to full brembo set of calipers, rotors and brakepad. but no $$.. haha.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

no wonder the bolt came loose..

 

parts which are near to the engine must put loctite.. if not the vibrations will loosen the bolts over time..

you will kill the pads and rotors.. you will glaze the rotors and the pads, rather than breaking-in the pads..

 

glazed pads are as good as nothing...:dot:
