Hey Charles,

A question on your HIR bulbs. Do they only shine on low beam or both low and high beam?

I got a pair from limbat earlier, he told me got low and high beam. But just now after i fix up the bulbs,

they only work on low beam. If it should work on both low and high then i think need to go back change.

 

hey bro,

 

limbat have two types of HIR bulbs... one with single filament (low beam only) and another with dual filament (both low & high beam)...

sad to say for HIR bulbs due to its "vase" shape glass & it's slightly longer filaments, the low beam filament is sort of quite near to the high beam filament, hence you can't really notice much between low & high beams...

 

could it be the case y u didn't notice your high beam?

or, u could perhaps take out the bike and check if it have two filaments or one filament?

 

btw, i'm going to look for limbat most probably on tue or wed after work at around 6pm after confirming his return...

u wan to join me and i can also help to check it out for u?

or u can pop by LKS on tue (most likely i'm going), then i can check it out for u...

this reminds me of one of the seniors belly pan when he tries to go over a pool of water on one of his trip... hehehehe! :D

seems to be not bro... it seems that the ABS module (i duno if that is called module or wadsoever) is located at the belly pan area...

Dont look so safe to me even if u secured it to the pillion seat..

cos if u put too heavy thing inside.. ect(tool kit) it mind even rip ur seat off.... i would rather use a tail bag.

i tried the famous lok lok at melaka.. my gf and i didnt enjoy it..

 

Oh...Aaaa.....u know there some S4 who go 'JuzzWheel' wrap their exhaust wit some colour film....

 

My wrap in blue mah...so become blue film lor....hehehe

 

 

i think above 400cc bikes better dun go and wrap.. my friend used to wrap his 400cc bike's exhaust, the sticker melted, leaving a sticky mess on the exhaust.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.
