Haiz. Y isn't my rear, signal and number plate lights light up? Brake light is working. Guys if I were to short circuit somewhere, will it blow up my bulbs? Xause I already tried to hang the rear and signal light fuse but to no avai. Could it be my bulbs? Because I did some slicing of wires before that

 

bro, the wires for signal lights, number plate light & brake light are 4 different set of wires...

2 set of + & - wires for left & right signal light

1 set of + & - wires for number plate light

1 set of low beam, high beam & - wires for brake light...

 

yes, if u did something to your wires earlier, best to check on the wire connectivity again as well as the fuse box...

the fuse box can be found at the top right hand side of your battery...

it's a black box near the positive metal contact of your battery...

once u open the box up, u will see the inner side of the cover do have some labels there to guide u along to which is the fuses to which...

if the fuses are alright, try checking the wires...

u may accidentally cut it off or connect it wrongly?

 

for bulbs, it's pretty hard to blow it but if the above doesn't helps, it's time to check the bulbs...

where you got the push-pins? how much are they? i found a shop that's selling. but its not cheap, about $4 A PIECE. he said its used for cars, not sure which part though.

no man. those plastic fasteners are not even oem yamaha. maybe oem yamaha ones cost $6 for 1? haha. ok maybe oem of toyota cars or whatever. cause i asked at a screwshop. happened to see it on the table so i just asked.

i think i understand about the wires u referring to cause i DIY my own sw motech rack and have to disconnect lots of wires however this time around when i dismantle it, i accidently let the number plates wire expose which i suspect it could came contact with the bike frame and haywired. can it be the problem?

 

i also took out the fuse box. change the signal fuse however still not working. but how to judge if the fuse is not in good condition?

 

worst to worst i try to dismantle again lor to check if any unconnected wires. haiz..

by the way, any1 fit the kappa k33 before? pretty much the same as givi v35. is the widest part of the bike still at the stock mirror after fitting them?

 

U thinking of putting kappa panniers? I also thought of this ..was thinking if wanna go givi e21 or kappa 33. Just thinking only.
