hi!

anyone knows any shops that makes a decently nice cover for the display console?

i.e. the one that displays the speed rpm etc

i'm riding a naked version of the 2008 model, kinda anal about the rain getting the device wet..

if i dun remember wrongly, yes r1 04-06 will fit fz1 w/o any issues..

looks like tyre de-lamination to me rather than not enough air pressure..

 

What causes de-lamination?

From what we saw and heard from owner.... he never pump air for very long time le.... front also kinda of soft.....

Due to the distance we covered(155km speed avg 130) Lots of heat have build up inside the tire. And this is a 0310 tire... not those old tire....

HL cycle at kakit bukit autobay does bike wash. you pay for what you get.

there are a few petrol kiosk that washes bikes also. i havent tried those before.

 

i probably want to try the bike wash service at gelang petah. my friend told me there's 1 there.

yup it just about 100 - 200 meters from tian Lai restaurant..pretty clean.. we normally enroute go there for a wash after touring

 

to some very clean but for me still have to do a little touch-up job when you are back at your car park

Thanks alot! i need a POI (tian lai seafood) so that i can set my gps in case i get lost.

what's most impt for me is chain and all the other hard to reach places with grime and dirt. for painted surfaces, normally i will wash them again and wax my bike.

at least u planned during the day that you going to top up in the night... for me, sometimes my adhoc-ness is so adhoc until i planned to top up in JB immediately while i'm on the road... :lol:

Yup. GP town has a few bike wash but I rarely go across nowdays even on weekends so looking for a bike wash in singapore. The bike wash at GP to me is so so but then it's cheap. It was either 15RM or 25RM for wash and wax if I remember correctly.
