Funky idle timing got me concerned that I have choked idle jets. Poured half a bottle of redex in the hopes that this, and the next tank of treated petrol will clear the problem.

 

Didn't expect idle timing to drop so drastically by three warm up cycles. Maybe half a bottle was too much?

yeap.. the number of clicks for preload, rebound, compression all plays a part on hw yr bike handles at low/high speed..

Errorneous signal from speed sensor. Could be wiring harness, or the sensor itself has malfunctioned. Check it out at a trusted mechanic.

haha bro. yeah la......plan a bit screwed up la cos due to the rain, we decided not to go but since it stopped at the right time, some of us carried on with the plan. in fact, back from danga bay, i was thinking to top up at the mobil near the checkpoint. somehow the feeling wants to go to that esso station n there u r......thought i saw a familiar bike went pass through the pumps.......

I finally got my MACS done too!

 

For those who are considering to get your MACS done, it is strongly recommended to do it on the return trip after clearing 2nd link Msia customs. Just park by the side and take the left up to level 2 where the MACS office is located.
