haha...bro, i'm sure there is a lesson learnt there. either do not fill up too much or becareful when u lift ur tank. either way, do not think so much. i was like that when i first started to ride mine but after sometime, mixing with these guys here, what the hell, who cares about all this thing, we make the choice to get the bike, now we have to enjoy it as much as we can. so, just enjoy the ride n worry less, ride more.... :thumb:

ok my fuel bars very not zhun lol. i on the last bar at 200km, i went till 237 then pump petrol. the petrol amounted to 11 plus litres. i didnt believe it so squeeze more till abit overflow at 12.3 litres. thats like 19.2km/l lol. guess my bikes ok after all.

then when i lifted the tank to clean the air filter, the excess petrol all spilled out onto the floor! wasted more than 1 litre of petrol i bet. HAHA

y confusing lei bro...

if ur current bike is a phantom, i guess tightening of the mirror should be pretty easy...

if ur bike is a fazer, then u got to see if it's a S or a N... a N model is as easy as tightening a mirror of a phantom...

if it's a S, u got to open the side panel then u can access to the nuts of the mirror to tighten...

but if u r talking abt tightening the nob between the stem & the mirror, it's impossible...

hmmm... i hope i'm not confusing myself too... hehehe...

Hi guys, I have a tire repair kit that comes with worms, 3 air canister, 2 tire repair tools and a small piler in a small black pouch which I manage to fit under my seat. Used 1 few weeks back and have been looking for a replacement air canister that I used the other time. Anyone knows where should I go look for it?

Went to Autobacs and they recommend me another type of tyre repair kit which is something like a tyre seal and it comes in the form of a can, size & shape similar to a typical chain lube. Directions on using is to simply plug in the outlet from the can into the tyre air inlet valve and pump in the "foam" which will replace the lost air as well as to seal the puncture. Anyone has used this kind of product before?

The monitor works after it was connected: from the front tire, the position of tires was displayed on screen by turn. As the transmitter hasn’t been set, the monitor displays “NSP”.

looks like ur transmitter got some issues that your receiver cannot detect it...

i have this problem last time, the rubber & a little tiny winy plastic thingy fall out from the transmitter... in the end i got to troubleshoot it by using a tweezer to play around with it... v hard to describe... hahaha...

hmmm... try checking MW out... they have a brand of tire repair tool that have air canister too... but i'm not sure if they do sell separately or not which i think is highly not possible...

regarding those can shape kind of tire foam or whatever kind of sealant that is sold outside, my personal comments since i used once before at my early touring stage as well as review from friends too, those are not recommended because those are meant for emergency sealant only... after u reach ur destination, it's strongly to get your whole rubber be replaced... it also makes your tire & rim v yucky... hahaha...

btw, i never used air canister before on any of my trips... i only carry tire repair tools with worms & electronic tire pressure pump powered by my battery... used a couple of times before and it proves worthy... y dun u look at getting one? it do helps...

you can change to a racing gasket.lower the decking and thus increase the compression.ask bike lab. they can do it for you.:p

wah.. operate engine ah.. not very good for the engine in the long run..

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

i think upgrade to FZ1 will be a cheaper option.....no?
