Does all the model suggested comes with built in sun shade?

Budget can always adjust. Like some wise man here said. The price you pay for your helmet is how much you value your head.

I'm presently using a open face Arai which does not sell any model with built in shades. Sad...

For Schubert & Shoei i not sure, you have to check.. Do some research online... But for the 4 others yes all come with integrated sun visor

Just got my fz1n fuel gauge repaired by the shop some more not only that, my spark cap also got problem no wonder my bike when i throttle not smooth when travel at low rpm like riding a rhino. Lucky still under one month warranty. But after that somehow i felt that when i riding got some kind of ticking noise like something never screw properly before they repair i never hear this kind of sound. This kind of thing very hard to pin point the location of the sound right? just wondering any shop specialize in this kind of thing which can help mi solve the problem? if no i guess i can live with that =/ And i like to ask

-the tire air how should i pump front and back?

-when traveling at highway i felt that it's not smooth on the road quite shaky when i travel around 90 to 100 -do i need to adjust my suspension? -or my tire air not enuff? -or the road is uneven so it's meant to be like that?

-when i change to 2nd gear even without throttle my bike still will auto move how come no engine brake its like auto gear lol. Or 1000 cc is like that de? lol

-what spark plug to choose for fazer and normally how much it cost for changing all 4 of them at motortiam

Just bought a 2nd hand fz1n somehow i felt the bike a bit chui taking over aready got problem sigh. thanks for your patient:P

-ticking sound at front part of the handler area. Meter will cost sound or not ah? lol

-so wads normal range for air pump 290 back 250 front?

-shaky erm like the journey u can feel not smooth like tire not enuff air

-i change first gear to 2nd gear without throttle the bike will auto move, like car without clutch in the car will move slowly move izzit same theory? cos now bike cc bigger lmao im really a noob :cheeky:

EBC or OEM brake pads are costly. I prefer comparable brake pads that are 1/3 the price tag. Braking power cannot compare but good enough for normal road usage. Unless engaging in racing lah.

brakes, tires, suspension are 3 items on a bike that you shouldn't skimp $$$ on..

Stock is good...Choose your weapon wisely and enjoy it...you can have all the $$$$ to mod and in the end you can't make full use of it....

Clutch plate wear already....

Try this.... pull in the clutch without applying brake... engage 1st/2nd gear... will the bike move forward with the clutch still pull in?

I would never 'cat' on tires, servicing, brake pads and any safety gears. I don on a komine riding jacket and arai helmet for daily commuting.

Just that everything cost $$$, so need to get the best deal. The brake pad I changed is highly recommended by the mechanic. So no harm giving it a try since I'm not a racer. Anyway, I only change the front brakes, my rear brakes are EBC.

Thanks bro, but I'm looking for open face helmets. I think I'll stick with Nolan n43 as my choice till I see another better one.

you can refer to the recommended PSI labelled on your swing arm or in your owner's manual..

if i'm not wrong, it is the same as S model, 36 & 42, do confirm that on yours..

ignition coil.. guess u r kana carrot..

generally, it's around $110 each inclusive installation..

else u can DIY at $85 each if u purchase from automachinery..

the symptom for failure of that is that you will feel lost of power at all RPMs, and jerkiness or even engine stall especially at low RPM..

tyre pressure can follow the recommended one first ba, 250kpa front 290kpa rear, it's on the sticker on your swingarm if it's still there for you

thereafter you might wanna slowly change it along with your suspension settings accordingly to your riding style and feel of your bike

Finally took the plunge!

Installed Shinko 011 tyres front and back on my FZ6. Just have it on so can't say much but initial impressions are good.

For one, they get noticeably warmer than the Michelin Pilot Powers I was on previously. Will update as I have them scrubbed in! :D

Hi fellow FZ1 riders,

Can you guys advice where can i get the LED pod/ pilot lights for my FZ1S?

Any idea if there are shops around Ubi that sell these stuff? I usually go Planet for servicing, so it will be convenient if I can get the LEDs there. :)

Thanks!
