-Found the problem of the sound came from my mirror LOL....... no wonder keep tick tick tick tick

-the clutch thing is normal is i think too much

Normally how much you guys pump for ur fz1n tire any recommend.

anyone changed ignition coil plug cap before under what condition then must change ah?

they said change 1 need 130 total need to change 4 of them :faint:

Its utter BS to change all 4 coils at once.

The price as stated in one of the replies is about $110.

The coils on my FZ1, I have changed 1 at 40,000km, and another one at 60,000km. The other 2 are still stock. My bike mileage from new is 70,000km liao.

When the coil start to fail, its very noticeable. At idle, the RPM will not be stable and will jump/ hiccup at idling. If your idle is set to 1000, it will hover at 900-1000 with a very noticeable sound with a very rough edge about it.

And at low speed, you can feel that the bike is dragging since one of the cylinders is not firing properly.

At higher speed/ RPM, it less noticeable although there is a distinct jerkiness about the engine.

Hi fellow FZ1 riders,

Can you guys advice where can i get the LED pod/ pilot lights for my FZ1S?

Any idea if there are shops around Ubi that sell these stuff? I usually go Planet for servicing, so it will be convenient if I can get the LEDs there.:)

Thanks!

around Planet, u can try autobacs but expensive, or motoWorld (50-50), or the shops along the stretch with Planet..

last but not least, give a short ride down to auntie shop, 100% sure got, affordable as well.. lol..

or if u like, check the MO section out for some sellers there..

Off engine when fan is on/off when stopping.

No need to wait Ure temp to go down.

Since Ure already parking just let it air cool.

And it's wasting battery.

I replaced the stock bulbs with blue LEDs from day 1.

3 years + and 70,000km later they are still working , just a bit dimmer. :D

Hi bro, when one of the coils fails, the symptoms is just as I described in the earlier post.

Chances are that at the failed coil, the exhaust header will not be running as hot as other 3 cylinders. So spray some water onto the cylinders and see. At least that's what I saw them do at Planet.

Else, there's always a case of trial and error. haha

U have changed the cheapest and necessary stuff already? Oil filter, air filter, engine oil, plugs....etc?

Hey do you guys experience when riding on road u will feel bumpy in front?

Or bike heavy so it's normal? My weight is 90+ the bike is heavier so bumpy is normal? or do i need to adjust the suspension in front?

Last time i riding super 4 feel like more smoother sia maybe super4 lighter my weight heavier so more stabler?:shy:

Hi any fellow riders able to help ?? Would like to know what is the fuel consumption for FZ8N and the mthly maintenance how many EO and Plug ?

I think most 4 stroke 400cc+ bike is e same. 3+ eo without oil filter. 3+ to 4 eo with oil filter.

For FC really depends on e rider. My fz1-s can go up to 19km/l. Our dear master is below 14km/l?

Oh and plug = 4
